Who can race
- 16 or older — drivers and passengers
- Under 18?You still need a witnessed parent permission form at the pit gate and a picture ID. Signing here does not replace it.
- One passengerFront seat, belted, holding the required grip or chain at all times
What you can run
- Street cars, minivans, small FWD SUVs, small 2WD pickupsS10, Ranger, Dakota, Colorado — trucks need halo bars welded to the frame with door kickers
- No Jeeps, no ½-ton or bigger, no AWD or 4WDIncluding 4WD converted to 2WD
Strip it down
- All glass and side mirrors out
- Trim, chrome, headlights, tail lights, plastic out
- Back seat carpet and headliner out
- Windshield opening barredExpanded steel or rebar across the whole opening, spaced no more than 4" apart
- Rollover support requiredA T-bar will pass
- Roof sign requiredAt least 16"x16", your number readable from a distance — no roof sign, no race
Safety gear
- Full-face helmetOr full head helmet with goggles
- Pants, shirt, gloves, shoes
- Seat beltsStock belts or a 5-point harness
- No tank tops, no shorts, no polyesterRace suits or flame-retardant clothing recommended
Race day
- All cars go through techInspected and ready by 5:00 PM
